I’ve moved my personal website away from mcaleely.com. I want to use that domain primarily for email and the archive of old projects I built on it some years ago. My personal website is now located on transmissionbegins.com. I still own the domain, long after shutting down the company that lived on it. I still like the name, so I am going to use it for my personal projects.
Hopefully no links have been harmed during the process.
It’s time for a new gig. At the end of last year, I accepted a new job at Spotify. Time passes, a global pandemic starts, and I started my new gig in March this year. I’m based in London (at home for now), and working on mobile apps for Spotify.
I’d like to thank everyone at Microsoft for a really rewarding return there. I had a lot of fun helping the SwiftKey team ship their keyboard. It was great to meet a lot of new people, and also to reacquaint with some old friends.
On 9th September 2017, I married Richard Totty. He is an amazing man, and I’m looking forward to what this next stage in our 10+ year relationship will bring.
Brooklands Museum provided the venue, and our family, friends and colleagues provided the company. As I type, we’re nearing the end of our honeymoon, exploring parts of Devon and Cornwall.
